The JES Experience

My experience at John Emily was nothing but extraordinary! I started my wedding planning process with one dress, but ended up buying a second dress 2-3 months prior to the big day. They were already working with me for my first dress but squeezed me in for the second dress and got them both done in record time! The ladies at John Emily are all so lovely to work with and have truly made this process so easy! My dresses came out perfectly and even better than I pictured.I cannot recommend them enough!!

All the employees were great! From the very 1st fitting to my last I felt so great! And loved my final product!

Quite possibly the best bridal experience I received (apart from actually dress shopping)! John Emily Studio surpassed all of our expectations when it came to altering my dress. The team was wonderful to work with every time I had an appointment. The price was well worth the amount of work and time/effort that was put into making my dress perfect. I could not recommend a more professional, knowledgeable and capable studio to future brides!

The team at John Emily Studio, Katheryn specifically, did such a fabulous job altering my wedding dress! It needed to be taken in pretty significantly in the torso/bust due to the sizing from the designer, and they even restructured the straps of the dress for a better fit which made me much more comfortable on our special day. Everyone in the studio was kind, flexible, and clearly dedicated to making their brides as happy and confident as possible. They even referred to my dress as "the fun dress" because of its color and design. 🙂 I'm having my dress cleaned and preserved now, and I look forward to cherishing it for years to come!

Great experience! The staff took their time and listened to everything I had in mind regarding my wedding dress. You could always go with a less expensive place but when it comes to one of the most important days you’ll experience, you should have the the experience of a life time and the awesome staff at John Emily studio!

I did a lot of research on alteration businesses in the area- and was nervous about mixed reviews at other places that were probably less expensive. But, with my wedding only being 2-3 months away I wanted to ensure high quality work that was done on time and that’s exactly what I got at John Emily! The seamstress is sooooo sweet, helpful and so good at what she does! All the employees are very friendly and kind and made me feel so beautiful and special. If you’re ok with spending more than you’d want to on alterations- I highly recommend this business!

I can not rave enough about John Emily Studio! I had the best experience with their team. They were kind, welcoming and incredible to work with. The studio was gorgeous and the staff was very attentive. I couldn't be happier with how my dress turned out. I will be singing their praises and sending all my friends and family their way.
